What You Need to Know Before Checking In

Welcome to Coco Bay Villa Praslin. We want to ensure your stay with us is enjoyable and stress-free, so please take a few moments to review our terms and conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• To block and secure, advise your credit card details.

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.

• The guest will be charged the total reservation price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

• No prepayment is needed.

• If you are unhappy with the booked room, we can offer another available space only upon availability.
   

EXTRA BEDS :

• Children up to and including 12 years old stay for EUR 10.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed in the parent's room

• People 12 years old and over stay for EUR 30.00 per person per night when using an available extra bed in the parent's room.

RESERVATIONS

We accept reservations for stays longer than 30 nights, up to a maximum of 90 nights.

GROUP RESERVATIONS

• We don't have policy exceptions for group reservations.

We have set the following house rules for our guests:

• Smoking is not allowed except in reserved areas.

• Pets are not allowed.

• Parties/events are allowed until 10 pm, with respect for other in-house guests.
